Stock & warehouse

Track everything in the yard, from boards and fasteners to tools and finished goods, across warehouses.

Organise your inventory

Stock is organised into categories: cut and uncut lumber, sawn wood, fasteners, consumables, safety gear, tools, finished goods, and any custom categories you add in Settings. Every item lives in a warehouse; switch warehouses from the top bar.

  1. Add an item under a category and set its unit and quantity.
  2. For lumber, enter dimensions and the HT (heat-treated) mark; volume is worked out for you.
  3. Set an alert threshold so low stock is flagged.

Move stock in and out

Use Receive, Issue, and Adjust for quick changes, or record a waybill for goods movements. Waybills come in kinds: incoming from a supplier, outgoing to a client, a transfer between your own warehouses, or to-production when material is consumed to make something else.

Tools, labels, and alerts

Assign tools to workers, and each assignment prints a numbered slip that the return is logged against. Print labels (with a QR code) for items on A4, an A4 grid, or a custom size. The Alerts section lists everything below its minimum and can email a daily digest.

💡 Alert thresholds can be set in the item's own unit, in m³ for lumber, or in packs.
