Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 July 2026
This policy explains what personal data TXPAL collects, why we process it, and the rights you have. It applies to the TXPAL application and website. Please read it together with our Terms of Service.
Who we are
TXPAL provides pallet costing and production management software for manufacturers. For the account and company data you enter, TXPAL acts as the data controller. You can reach us using the contact details at the end of this policy.
Data we collect
- Account details: your name, work email address, and self declared job title.
- Company details: company name, registry number, VAT number, address, and country.
- Security data: a hashed version of your password, sign in times, session identifiers, and activity logs.
- Technical data: a language preference cookie and a session cookie that keeps you signed in.
- Anti abuse data: a CAPTCHA token supplied by our security provider when you register.
Why we process your data
We process account and company data to create and run your account and to provide the service you asked for. This rests on the performance of our contract with you. We process security and activity data to keep the service safe and reliable, which rests on our legitimate interest in preventing abuse. Where we send optional messages, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract: a payment processor for billing, an email provider for account messages, and an infrastructure and content delivery provider that hosts the service. These providers may process data inside or outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep account and company data for as long as your account is active. After you close your account we delete or anonymise the data within a reasonable period, unless we must keep certain records to meet a legal or accounting obligation.
Your rights
- You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you.
- You have the right to correct data that is wrong or incomplete.

Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to run the service. One cookie stores your language choice and another keeps you signed in during a session. We do not use advertising or third party tracking cookies.
