Pallet configurator

Describe a pallet board by board and get a full bill of materials, cost, and price.

Build the specification

A job begins in the configurator. Add each component (deck boards, cross boards, blocks) with its thickness, width, length, quantity, and wood type.

As you type, the bill of materials and lumber volume update live, so you always see what the pallet is made of.

  1. Add a component and enter its dimensions and quantity.
  2. Set the wood type and, if used, the nailing configuration.
  3. Repeat for every board and block in the pallet.

Read the cost and price

The results strip shows price per pallet, batch total, lumber volume, and good-pallet count. Material, labour, waste, defect, and margin are all rolled in.

Set a target price to see how your configured price compares at a glance.

Save and hand off

Save the job to a client so the specification, cost, and BOM live on their record. Export a CAD drawing to give the shop floor a clean build sheet.

💡 All prices are stored and shown excluding VAT; VAT is applied at the totals.
